Our Director Brian Fenton had 20 years of corporate experience prior to starting the company. He is an acknowledged expert in the field of HR and Talent development and has had a number of articles published in HR magazines. Aspiration employ 6 full time employees and utilises several technical and consulting contractors as and when necessary. Our BEE status is EME (Exempt Micro Enterprise).
